Job Overview
We are seeking a female detail-oriented and reliable Sewing Machine Operator or seamstress/tailor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating sewing machines to alter high-quality garments and textile products. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast paced environment where precision and efficiency are essential. Prior experience is needed.

Responsibilities

Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble, repair, or alter garments according to specifications.
Monitor machine operation for quality control, making adjustments as needed to ensure consistent output.
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines at all times.
Perform routine maintenance on sewing machines to prevent malfunctions and prolong equipment lifespan.
Experience
Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is highly desirable.
Familiarity with sewing machine operation is preferred ; some training will be provided for the right candidate.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong teamwork skills and a proactive attitude toward learning new skills.

Basic understanding of safety procedures related to machinery operation is beneficial.
