Job Description
We are seeking a SEO Marketing Specialist to join our fast growing team and assist with all things content! We are searching for a highly motivated, creative team player. You will work with other designers and team members from all departments.
You’ll be joining a team of 4 marketers.
*It will be a huge advantage if you are bilingual in English and Chinese.
Requirements:
- Experience with landing page tool (Webflow) - UI/UX & Tag Implementation.
- Solid digital marketing skills, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Execute SEO-focused marketing content and social marketing pieces and track performance
- Develop creative content ideas and concepts in line with our different apps and brands, often in partnership with brands/creative design leaders
- Create, organize and manage content calendars to ensure the timely release of content and marketing campaigns
- Lean into the needs of the business and growth opportunities that present themselves at our company
- Share in full transparency the operations plans and performance, including: success/failures, key learnings, and future plans to ensure alignment and success across the entire business.
- Assist with weekly forecasts associated with each channels performance (good knowledge of how attribution models work), weekly spend allocation by channel, creative suggestions to deliver optimal growth (on brand), conversion path optimizations.
- Partner closely with the creative team to develop and deliver the creative needed to launch campaigns on time and on schedule.
- Manage paid acquisition channels (Apple, Google, Tiktok etc) and related campaigns
- Develop and iterate paid acquisition strategy; continually test and optimize
Qualifications:
- 5+ year experience in digital marketing creation
- Deep understanding and proven experience with SEO, including tech SEO gap analysis, keyword research & strategies, and revenue-focused SEO content creation
- Have managed the SEO strategy for a website with a minimum of 200+k organic search traffic per month
- 2+ year experience in SEO, SEM, SMM, email, manage full paid acquisition funnel, retention & referral, strategic
- Experience growing a digital brand with a strong technical background
- Strong skills in performance marketing at each layer of the funnel
- Previous experience working in a startup is a bonus

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
