RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform high‑quality service on pools, hot tubs, and water features
Diagnose issues, complete maintenance tasks, and ensure equipment is functioning properly
Organize, manage, and maintain all tools and equipment required for daily operations
Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
Represent Puddle Pool Services professionally within the community
Network with potential customers and identify service opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the company vehicle
Recommend and sell additional services when appropriate
Plan, manage, and execute each job site efficiently
Drive the company vehicle to and from job locations

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

2+ years of labor or customer service experience
Hands on with a knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in the pool and spa services industry
Ability to learn and operate some basic computer programs and systems
Friendly personality and committed to great customer service
Strong work ethic with high dependability and attention to detail
Able to do physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and handling tools
Driver's license is required

Puddle Pools is a professional pool service company specializing in both residential and commercial jobs in the Eastern Greater Toronto Area and metro Oshawa area. We are looking for energetic and friendly people who enjoy working on pools, hot tubs, and other water features.
