We are looking for an Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team!

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support the planning and execution of retail marketing campaigns, new store openings, brand partnerships, and customer engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys bringing marketing programs to life through cross-functional collaboration and flawless execution.

Coordinate and execute seasonal campaigns, promotions, and marketing initiatives across retail locations
Develop marketing briefs and collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and brand partners to ensure timely campaign delivery
Create and distribute campaign communications, promotional materials, and store marketing guides
Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign recaps with actionable insights
Support the planning and execution of new store opening marketing programs, including promotional campaigns, influencer outreach, customer gifting, PR seeding, and launch events
Coordinate event logistics, marketing materials, and vendor partnerships to ensure successful execution
Collaborate with brand partners to secure marketing support, promotional assets, and partnership opportunities
Partner with store operations teams to deliver engaging customer experiences across all retail locations

What You'll Need

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in retail marketing, brand marketing, event marketing, or a related field
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with external vendors, agencies, and brand partners
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Experience in beauty, lifestyle, fashion, or consumer retail industries is an asset
Passion for beauty, retail, and customer experience is an asset
