Volo Healthcare is looking for a senior-level Digital Marketing & AI Content Strategist to lead the evolution of our digital presence, content strategy, and AI-powered marketing systems.
This is not an entry-level social media role.
We are looking for someone who understands modern attention economics, short-form content, AI-assisted workflows, digital growth strategy, and how to build scalable marketing systems in today’s landscape.
You will play a major role in shaping how our brands communicate online across healthcare practitioner channels and consumer-focused platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute digital marketing and content strategies across multiple brands
- Develop high-performing content ecosystems across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, email, blogs, and paid media
- Build AI-assisted marketing workflows to improve speed, quality, scalability, and operational efficiency
- Create and oversee content calendars, campaigns, launches, and growth initiatives
- Analyze performance metrics and translate data into actionable growth strategies
- Identify trends, platform shifts, and emerging AI tools before competitors
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital channels
- Collaborate with leadership, sales, and creative teams to align messaging and business objectives
- Oversee community engagement and brand voice consistency
- Assist in developing SOPs and scalable systems for content production and marketing execution
- Guide creative direction for video, educational content, and storytelling initiatives
- Support product launches and practitioner education campaigns
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years experience in digital marketing, content strategy, social media, or growth marketing
- Strong understanding of AI tools for marketing, content creation, automation, research, and workflow optimization
- Experience using platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Canva AI, Meta AI tools, Zapier, Notion AI, or similar technologies
- Proven ability to grow brands, communities, or digital audiences
- Deep understanding of short-form content strategy and platform-native marketing
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills
- Experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting performance data and campaign metrics
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
- Highly organized with strong execution skills and attention to detail
- Ability to think strategically while also being hands-on in execution
Bonus Points
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, supplements, or consumer health products
- Experience building AI automations or integrating AI into business operations
- Video production, editing, or creative direction experience
- SEO and email marketing experience
- Experience managing freelancers, agencies, or content teams
