Job Summary
Role Summary We are seeking a hands-on SRE / DevOps Engineer with a strong software engineering mindset to build, automate, and enhance cloud-native platforms. This role focuses on improving developer productivity, application reliability, CI/CD automation, infrastructure engineering, and operational excellence across enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and developer platforms. Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines to enable secure, reliable, and rapid software delivery. Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Bicep/ARM). Develop automation solutions and scripts using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or Go. Partner with application development teams to improve deployment strategies, release processes, and operational readiness. Implement observability solutions using logs, metrics, tracing, and APM tools. Design and maintain Kubernetes-based container platforms and cloud-native services. Define and manage reliability metrics including SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets. Lead incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and post-incident improvements. Drive platform modernization, self-service capabilities, and DevOps best practices. Improve developer experience by reducing operational friction through automation and tooling. Integrate security controls and DevSecOps practices into the software delivery lifecycle. Required Technical Skills Cloud & Platform Engineering Strong experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP. Expertise in cloud networking, IAM, compute, storage, and platform services. Experience designing highly available and fault-tolerant cloud solutions. DevOps & CI/CD Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD. Source control and branching strategies using Git. Automated testing, deployment, and release management.
