Full job description

Build a lasting career as our next Production Associate. TalentWorld is looking for experienced Production Associates to join our clients production team on both day and afternoon shifts. You'll be right where the action is—labelling, packaging, ensuring quality, and helping bring our products to life. We're looking for someone who shows up ready to work and pays attention to the details. It’s a great way to get your foot in the door, grow your skills, and become part of a team that values your contribution.

Production Associate Responsibilities:

Accurately label and package finished products according to specific sizes and products
Monitor product quality and consistency throughout the production line process
Clean, sanitize, and maintain your work area.
Follow all food safety, GMP, and HACCP protocols without exception.
Assist the team with inventory and meeting daily production targets.
Report on any equipment or quality issues to your supervisor immediately.

Production Associate Qualifications

Previous experience in distribution or warehouse environments.
Experience with package handling, sorter roles, and conveyor belt operations is strongly preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to workplace safety.
Ability to lift to 50 lbs unassisted on a continuous basis.

Employment Details:

Day Shift 6:30am - 2pm, Afternoon Shift 2pm-11:30pm
Pay Rate: $22/hr
Location: Newmarket, ON
