Compensation: $25.00 CAD per hour + commission

Job Summary:
The Medical Aesthetician is responsible for providing advanced skincare treatments, consultations, and personalized aesthetic services to clients. The role involves working closely with the medical team to ensure safe and effective treatments, maintaining high standards of client care, and staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in the aesthetic industry.
Main Duties
Client Consultations:
- Conduct thorough skin assessments and consultations to determine clients' needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Explain treatment procedures, expected outcomes, and post-treatment care to clients.
- Recommend appropriate skincare products to clients based on their individual needs and treatment plans.
Skincare Treatments:
- Apply skin care treatment including but not limited to Fotona 4D, IPL Photofacial, Smooth Eye, 360 Neck Lift, Skin Tightening, Medical Chemical Peels, Fractional Laser Resurfacing, Micro Laser Peels, Stretch Marks Treatment, Scar Treatment, Laser Hair Removal, etc.
- Administer facials, extractions, and other aesthetic services according to established protocols and safety guidelines; ensure all equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, and sterilized according to industry standards and regulations.
- Provide pre and post-treatment care instructions to clients.
- Follow up with clients to monitor progress and satisfaction and address any concerns or questions.
- May assign other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Medical Aesthetics or equivalent from a recognized post-secondary institution in Ontario.
- Valid certificate/ license to practice as a Medical Aesthetician in Ontario.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a medical spa or clinical setting is preferred.
- Proficient in performing a wide range of advanced skincare treatments and procedures.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
- Previous experience with ND:YAG and Er:YAG laser technology.
- Proficiency in any additional language is a strong asset
- Proficiency in OSCAR EMR or equivalent is a strong asset
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
