Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly, communicating any special requests, allergies, or dietary needs to the kitchen.

Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring timely and correct delivery while maintaining a high level of service.

Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about food and drink offerings, showcasing your knowledge and enthusiasm.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including setting and clearing tables, and handling table maintenance throughout the shift.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and a cohesive guest experience.
- Assist with various tasks as needed, including running food, taking payments, and supporting other team members.
Qualifications:

1+ years of experience as a server in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or bar setting.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage service, with the ability to handle a variety of guest interactions professionally.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing outstanding service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to food service.
- Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a desire to contribute to a positive and dynamic team environment.
