This beautiful three-story venue sitting atop Hotel X features three distinct experiences, together under one cohesive Japanese-influenced concept.

A sophisticated dining space and cocktail bar are central to our Drawing Room on the 27th floor. It’s the perfect place for a beautiful dinner and cocktail paired with dynamic live music performances.

Our 28th-floor Sunroom boasts a 360-degree view of the city and an outdoor all-season pool.

The party really gets started on our massive rooftop. Day or night, the views, music and energy are unmatched.

This posting is for a currently existing role.

What You'll Do:

Keep all kitchen work surfaces (counters, sinks, stoves, walls) clean and sanitized
Sweep and mop floors at the beginning and ending of shifts
Be ready to clean up spills to avoid hindering operations
Wash cookware, utensils and cutlery fast to keep them in rotation
Arrange equipment and ingredient deliveries
Keep the food and supply storage areas organized
Help with routine food prep tasks (such as peeling and chopping vegetables) when needed
Report hazards, incidents observed and broken items to supervisors or management
Once a kitchen is closed, assist in cleaning to make sure that the kitchen is ready for the next day
Lift and move heavy boxes up to 20kg
Clear used dishes, glasses, and utensils from tables and bring them to the dishwashing area. Restock clean plates, utensils, and glassware as needed.
Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables when necessary.
Remove trash and maintain cleanliness in work areas.
Monitor and restock supplies like napkins, condiments, or to-go containers.
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.

What You'll Need:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
Prior restaurant experience
Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
