Two Can Talk is excited to welcome an enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to our multidisciplinary clinic, servicing both paediatric and adult populations! Whether you're seeking a part-time position to complement your current job, or casual hours, we have exciting opportunities for you. This position requires availability for one to two after school shifts (3pm-7pm) and one weekend shift (Saturday 9:00am-3:00pm).
Competitive Compensation: From $60 per hour in-clinic or from $75 per hour in-community, based on experience.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Consultation, screening, and evidence based treatment of communication disorders
- Follow a treatment plan using SMART goals, evidence-based information, relevant best practice guidelines, and clinical expertise
- Provide client and family centred intervention by building strong rapport with caregivers, with ongoing training and education
- Monitor client progress towards goal attainment and collaborate with SLPs to adjust treatment plans according to changing needs
- Collaborate with colleagues within and across professions
- Manage own caseload and maintain complete records of therapy using our electronic charting system, in accordance with CASLPO regulations

Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree and Communication Disorders Assistant Diploma or equivalent
- Professional Liability Insurance
