COMPANY BACKGROUND:
QBuild Corporation is a progressive software developer currently experiencing rapid
growth. We specialize in integrating Engineering software to ERP for manufacturing
companies. Our business partners include the biggest names in Engineering and
Manufacturing, such as SOLIDWORKS, Autodesk, Siemens, Oracle, Microsoft, SAP, etc.
POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a sales engineer who can identify sales opportunities, scope out
customer requirements, and present solutions and quotes. You’ll be joining our team of
young, friendly professionals generally from an engineering background.
You will be the main point of contact for customers who are interested in our software. The
role is technical, which means evaluating their current engineering workflow and
challenges, then showing how we solve those problems. You will also review requirements
with our software engineers to determine estimated costs, draft up specifications and
quotations, or come up with creative new solutions!
You should also love working with people, whether they are your colleagues, our
customers, or our partners. You shouldn’t hesitate to take control of meetings, drive the
purchasing process forward, and negotiate with executives. Through our partners, you will
drive revenue by enabling and incentivizing them to sell on our behalf.
QBuild is aiming to grow aggressively with expansion in existing and new markets, rolling
out new products, and onboarding new partners. You would play a critical role in our
exponential growth!
ROLE:
- Evaluate customer requirements and determine present and future sales opportunities
- Perform discovery calls and demos with customers
- Enable our partners to position our software to their customers
- Work with developers and customers to determine the best fit solution or designsomething new!
- Understand consumer requirements and trends to help drive product development direction
- Prepare quotations, present them to customers, and negotiate as needed
- Effectively communicate with customers to drive the decision-making process
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful project handoffs
- Participate in trade shows, partner events and user groups (primarily in the US)
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Have a Bachelor of Engineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Computer), or equivalent experience
- Technical aptitude for working for a software company in the manufacturing industry
- Have a passion for understanding customer’s businesses and matching solutions to their needs

Pay: $65,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
