We seek Partner Associate excited to provide exceptional customer service for our growing national business. You will deliver a customer experience that support us in achieving our revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct customer contact that builds confidence in our ability to satisfy their needs.

Lead meetings to help customers get the very most from their cellular fleet.
- Provide support to the customer – responding to service, billing and technical queries
- Ensure orders are expertly expedited.
- Liaise with customer administrative, technical and operations departments to provide smooth order flow and successful resolution of customer demands.

Resolve order-related problems using tenacity, persistence and tact.

Develop knowledge of new technology and VALET’s solutions.

Supply quotes to the customer in a timely and effective manner.

Propose solutions and ideas that simplify partners’ cellular environment.
- Utilize your network and social media presence to establish yourself as a leader in how to simplify cellular service delivery and optimize spend.

Collaborate with the VALET team to deliver services that make our customers say WOW.
Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of cell phones and carrier plans

Exceptional email communications skills
- Knowledge of carrier activation procedures (extra points for Rogers experience)

Attention to detail and ability to connect with customers to truly understand their needs
- Experience with enterprise and mid-market customers
