Overview
We are seeking a junior Window Treatment Installer to join our team. This position involves installing various window coverings, including blinds, shades, and draperies, ensuring precise and professional results. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction-related tasks, with proficiency in using hand tools and reading schematics or blueprints. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in carpentry, restoration, or related trades to apply their skills in a specialized field.

Duties

Measure windows accurately and interpret blueprints or schematics to determine installation specifications
Install window treatments such as blinds, shades, shutters, and draperies according to project plans
Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during installations
Ensure all installations meet safety standards and client specifications
Maintain a clean work environment and properly store tools and materials after each job

Experience

Proven experience with hand tools, carpentry, or construction installation projects
Skills in plumbing, welding, flooring installation, or tile laying are advantageous but not mandatory
Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and accurately

This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who take pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship. Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different project requirements.
