Location: Cornwall, Ontario (CA-ON)
Assignment: Permanent
Hours of work: 37.5 per week (Monday to Friday)
Salary: $CAN37.84/hour to *$CAN40.90/hour (*after probation)

Your role

Are you interested in playing a key role in ensuring the success of our Finance team by providing general accounting support in the areas of treasury and accounts payable? Problem-solving, analytical skills and ability to manage priorities are some of your strengths?

Your responsibilities

Organize and execute a variety of activities including preparing reports, documents, maintaining ledgers, and reconciliation of accounts, to support the organization's financial accounting requirements.
Provide support in the areas of accounts payable and accounts receivable when needed.
Keep electronic financial records, reports, queries and databases up to date.
Maintain documentation inventory per established corporate records management procedures.

Your profile

High school diploma and post-secondary studies in Financial Accounting.
Minimum of two (2) years related experience in areas such as journal entries, reconciliations, year-end scheduling, accruals and sales tax.
Sound knowledge of business financial software, such SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling modules.
Fluent in French and English, verbal and written, in order to communicate with teams located in Quebec and Ontario.
