Full job description

Parts for Trucks has been an industry leader providing parts and service to the heavy-duty trucking industry for over 100 years. Operating coast to coast, Parts for Trucks offers a complete range of products and services for all makes of trucks and trailers. We take pride in our commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and reliability. As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dedicated and reliable Delivery Driver to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for safety and efficiently transporting parts to our customers in a timely manner. As a Delivery Driver, you will represent our company in a professional and courteous manner while providing excellent customer service. Your primary goal will be to ensure the accurate and prompt delivery of parts to our customers.

Details:

Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle.
Load, unload, and deliver parts to customers in a timely manner.
Verify orders and ensure accuracy in deliveries.
Provide exception customer service during deliveries.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicle.
Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws.
Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and customers.
Perform general warehouse duties as required.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Previous experience as a delivery driver.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Must be physically able to lift in excess of 50 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and part of a team.
High School diploma or equivalent.
