About the Roles
We are currently hiring both Room Attendants and Room Attendant & Servers to support our hospitality operations during the summer season.
These positions play an important role in creating a welcoming, comfortable, and memorable guest experience. Successful candidates will help maintain exceptional cleanliness standards throughout the resort while delivering warm, professional service to our guests.
The Room Attendant & Server role includes additional food and beverage service responsibilities in our dining room and lounge areas.
Housekeeping Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, washrooms, laundry rooms, and common areas following sanitation procedures
- Change linens, replenish amenities, and complete laundry tasks
- Maintain organized housekeeping and storage areas
- Prepare guest rooms for arrivals and departures
- Report maintenance concerns and safety issues promptly
- Assist guests with luggage and general guest requests as needed
- Uphold cleanliness, presentation, and safety standards throughout the resort
Serving Responsibilities (Room Attendant & Server Position Only)
- Provide exceptional dining service to guests during meal periods
- Explain menu items and accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies
- Set up, reset, and maintain dining areas and service stations
- Serve beverages, cocktails, coffee, wine, and meals professionally
- Maintain sanitation and food safety standards
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to guest needs
Qualifications Required
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping experience
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards
- Positive attitude and professional presentation
- WHMIS certification
- Serving It Right certification (required for Room Attendant & Server positions)
