We are currently seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with people, communicates clearly and professionally, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and approaches problem solving with a positive attitude. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who wants to become part of the family here at Kokanee Ford.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers promptly and professionally
Schedule service appointments and maintain organized workflow
Communicate vehicle concerns and repair recommendations clearly to customers
Liaise between customers and technicians to ensure smooth communication
Prepare estimates, invoices, and service documentation
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong relationships
Assist in maintaining a high standard of customer service within the service department
Support the team environment and contribute positively to dealership culture

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and ability to remain professional in problem-solving situations
Foundational understanding of automotive mechanics
Strong organizational and computer skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
Valid driver’s license

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in the automotive industry, preferably in service advising or service administration
Knowledge and experience with PBS Systems is considered a strong asset
