We are currently seeking a motivated Air Quality Technician Helper to join our growing team in the Comox Valley.

Compensation

Starting wage: $18.00 per hour
Overtime pay available

More Than Just Labour

Responsibilities

Assist Air Quality Technicians with residential and commercial HVAC duct cleaning
Set up and operate specialized cleaning equipment
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Interact professionally with customers
Assist with dryer vent cleaning and other indoor air quality services
Help ensure every customer receives a 5-star experience

What We're Looking For

Reliable, punctual, and professional
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable performing physical work and lifting equipment
Comfortable working on ladders and in confined spaces when required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Desire to learn and grow professionally

Requirements

Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
Clean driving record
Ability to pass a criminal background check
English communication skills

Preferred (Not Required)

Construction experience
HVAC experience
Experience using hand tools

Schedule

Part-time
Monday to Friday
Day shift
8-hour shifts
Overtime available
Occasional weekends as required
