Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages and food, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS and handle cashiering responsibilities with precision.
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and food handling protocols.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Manage cash handling duties, including processing payments and giving correct change.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in accordance with health regulations.
Restock supplies as needed and assist in setting up for events or special occasions.
Uphold food safety standards and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times.
Demonstrate effective time management skills to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction in a hospitality-focused environment.

Experience

Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous.
Knowledge of the food industry, including basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding food safety regulations is a plus. This position offers an engaging work environment where professionalism, teamwork, and guest satisfaction are valued highly. Candidates should be enthusiastic about delivering memorable experiences to our guests while adhering to all safety standards and operational procedures.

Pay: $16.50-$17.50 per hour
