Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for all guests. Ideal candidates will have a passion for the food industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. This position offers opportunities for growth within the restaurant industry and a chance to develop valuable skills in food handling, sanitation, and customer service.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards
Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
Manage cashier duties including processing payments accurately and providing change
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
Ensure food safety standards are consistently met during food preparation and service
Assist with food presentation and plating to ensure quality standards are upheld
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure overall customer satisfaction
Support team members during busy hours to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Skills

Experience in food preparation, food service, or the food industry preferred
Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and order totaling
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Kitchen experience or restaurant experience is a plus but not mandatory
Effective communication skills for teamwork and guest interaction
Ability to upsell menu items naturally to enhance guest experience
