Job Overview
This is a dynamic, full-service support role embedded within a high-performing Vancouver real estate team. Ideal for a licensed professional who thrives on variety, ownership, and meaningful client interaction
This position serves as the operational backbone of a busy four-realtor team in Vancouver. You will provide comprehensive executive and field support — handling everything from client showings and document management to logistics, sign coordination, and ad hoc tasks — enabling the lead realtors to focus fully on their own client relationships and transactions.
Importantly, this is not just a support role. You will continue to practice actively as a licensed realtor, and the team is committed to helping you grow your own sales business alongside your day-to-day responsibilities.
The role demands someone who is equally comfortable at a desk reviewing contracts and behind the wheel picking up keys or dropping off a gift basket. No two days will look alike, and that's the point. You'll be trusted with real responsibility from day one.
Responsibilities
- Conduct showings for listings and buyer clients
- Review, organize, and order transaction documents
- Coordinate and attend property access for inspectors and appraisers
- Review strata documents and prepare clear, client-friendly summaries for buyers
- Pick up and drop off keys for listings, purchases, and projects
- Schedule tours and manage showing logistics
- Collect and deliver deposits (and deposit on behalf of the team when required)
- Prepare Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) as assigned
- Pick up and deliver gift baskets and client appreciation gifts
- Coordinate photo, floor plan, and video access for listings and projects
- Manage for-sale, coming soon, open house, and sold signage in the field
- Support ad hoc research, spreadsheet tasks, and data organization
Qualifications
- Active BC Real Estate Licence. A valid licence is mandatory; this role involves conducting showings and handling regulated transaction tasks.
- Minimum 2 Years of Licensed Experience. You should have a solid foundation in the full transaction process, from listing to completion.
- Strata Document Proficiency. You must be able to independently review strata documents — including depreciation reports, meeting minutes, bylaws, and financials — and translate them into clear, digestible summaries for clients.
- Valid Driver's Licence & Reliable Vehicle. Field duties are a core part of this role; you'll be on the road regularly across Metro Vancouver.
- Document Proficiency. Comfortable reviewing, organizing, and ordering real estate contracts and disclosure documents independently. Technology Fluency Proficient with email, scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and standard real estate platforms (MLS, ShowingTime, DocuSign, etc.).
Opportunity
This role comes with an annual salary of $43,200 and is more than coordination — it's a front-row seat to how a high-performing real estate practice actually operates. In addition to the support role, you will be actively working as a realtor, and the team is committed to helping you grow your own sales business. You'll develop deep, practical knowledge across listings, buyer transactions, project sales, and client management in one of Canada's most active markets. The variety of responsibilities ensures no two days are the same, and your contributions will be felt directly by the team and the clients you support. For the right candidate, this is the ideal foundation — financial stability, hands-on experience, and a team genuinely invested in your long-term success as a realtor.
