Full job description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pizza Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing delicious pizzas and other menu items in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality food service and customer satisfaction. This role offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills within a dynamic food industry setting, emphasizing food safety and excellent service. MUST HAVE PIZZA EXPERIENCE IF APPLYING. Duties

Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and standards
Handle food preparation tasks including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients
Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality and safety
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking areas
Assist with food handling and storage procedures in compliance with food safety regulations
Serve customers at the counter or via take-out orders with friendly and efficient service
Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation policies related to food industry standards

Experience

Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is REQUIRED
Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices is advantageous
Only previous pizza experience apply
Experience in serving customers and handling food in a fast-paced setting is a plus
Familiarity with meal preparation, food handling, and restaurant operations will contribute to success in this role

This position is ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry who enjoy working in a team-oriented environment. Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent hygiene practices, and a positive attitude towards customer service.
