Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our company internally. This position requires strong communication skills, strong knowledge on various software applications, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Minimum 4 years experience is required

Duties

Majority of it will be bookkeeping. including filing, data entry, and document management.
knowledge in software programs is required
Bookkeeping experience is required
Strong organized skills. Keep records organized and ensure accuracy in all documentation.
able to create documents, spreadsheets, payroll
Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure clarity and correctness.
Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency

Skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
Excellent Bookkeeping skills. Well versed in Bookkeeping software.
Excellent customer support skills with a friendly demeanor.
Attention to detail

This is not a entry level position. You must of experience in Bookkeeping.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week

System administration: 4 years (required)
