About Us
McIntyre Refrigeration & Ventilation has been serving New Brunswick since 1978. As we expand into Southeast New Brunswick, we are looking for an experienced HVAC/Refrigeration Technician to join our growing Moncton Division.
This is more than a technician role. We are seeking someone who wants to grow with the company and has the potential to move into a future leadership position as our division expands.

What You'll Do
HVAC & Refrigeration Service
- Install, service, and maintain residential heat pump systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC and refrigeration equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately
- Maintain company safety and quality standards
- Participate in an on-call rotation as required
Customer Service
- Deliver professional and courteous customer service
- Clearly communicate repair recommendations and service options
- Build strong relationships with residential and commercial customers
- Represent McIntyre Refrigeration professionally throughout Southeast New Brunswick
Business Growth Support
- Identify opportunities for additional services and maintenance agreements
- Assist in developing relationships with contractors and commercial clients
- Contribute to the growth and reputation of the Moncton Division
Leadership Development Opportunities
As the division grows, you may have opportunities to:
- Assist with technician onboarding and training
- Support scheduling and workflow coordination
- Participate in quality control and job site reviews
- Mentor junior technicians
- Help develop operational procedures and standards
- Progress into a future leadership role within the division
QualificationsRequired
- Red Seal Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician Certification
- Minimum 3–5 years of HVAC/Refrigeration experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Valid New Brunswick Driver's License
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred
- Experience with residential heat pump systems
- Experience with commercial refrigeration systems
- Previous mentoring or leadership experience
- Interest in advancing into a leadership position
