Configuration (Business Aircraft Experience) & New Product Development
Dans le cadre de plusieurs mandats actifs chez un de nos clients, principalement en aéronautique, nous recherchons plusieurs profils techniques en Méthodes pour intervenir sur des projets stratégiques en environnement de production et de développement.
Les postes actuellement ouverts sont principalement orientés vers :
- Méthodes – Configuration (Business Aircraft experience)
- Méthodes – New Product Development (NPD)
Plusieurs postes sont ouverts, selon :
- La spécialité Méthodes : Configuration BA ou New Product Development
- Le niveau d’expérience : intermédiaire à senior (3 à 15 ans d’expérience)
- Le type de mandat : Contrat consultant avec possibilité de conversion permanente
- Le site : St‑Laurent, Dorval – hybride / onsite selon le rôle
L’expérience en aéronautique est fortement privilégiée, notamment en environnement OEM ou programmes aéronautiques complexes.
Des opportunités peuvent également exister pour des profils issus d’autres secteurs industriels (manufacturier, transport, défense, automobile) ayant une expérience pertinente en environnements normés et structurés.
Selon votre expertise et le mandat, vous pourriez intervenir sur :
- Méthodes de fabrication et d’assemblage en environnement de production
- Gestion de la configuration produit et support à la production (BA)
- Industrialisation et livrables manufacturing en phase NPD
- Support aux activités de ramp‑up et de mise en production
- Standardisation des processus, méthodes et instructions de travail
- Amélioration continue, Lean et projets de transformation
- Coordination avec les équipes production, ingénierie, qualité, supply chain
- Gestion de projets techniques (coûts, délais, risques, gouvernance)
- Interfaces avec les fournisseurs et partenaires industriels
Profil recherché
- Formation technique (DEC, BAC ou équivalent) en génie mécanique, industriel, manufacturier ou domaine connexe
- Expérience en Méthodes / Manufacturing Engineering / Industrialisation
- Niveau d’expérience variable selon le rôle (généralement 3 à 10+ ans)
- À l’aise dans des environnements industriels complexes et orientés terrain
- Expérience en aéronautique fortement souhaitée (Business Aircraft)
- Profils non‑aéronautiques considérés s’ils possèdent une solide expérience en manufacturing, production ou projets industriels (ex. automobile ou défense)
- Bilinguisme français / anglais requis ou souhaité selon le mandat (anglais intermédiaire accepté)
- Connaissance d’outils et environnements (ERP, PLM, CATIA/NX, SAP/MES, Lean) : atout selon le poste

As part of several active mandates with one of our clients, primarily in the aerospace sector, we are currently looking for technical Methods profiles to support strategic projects in both production and development environments.
The positions currently open are mainly focused on:
- Methods – Configuration (Business Aircraft experience)
- Methods – New Product Development (NPD)
Multiple positions are open, depending on:
- Methods specialty: Configuration (BA) or New Product Development
- Experience level: intermediate to senior (3 to 15 years of experience)
- Type of engagement: Consulting contract with potential conversion to permanent
- Location: St‑Laurent, Dorval – hybrid / onsite depending on the role
Aerospace experience is strongly preferred, particularly in OEM or complex aircraft programs.
Opportunities may also be available for candidates from other industrial sectors (manufacturing, transportation, defense, automotive) with relevant experience in structured and regulated environments.
Depending on your expertise and the mandate, you may be involved in:
- Manufacturing and assembly methods in a production environment
- Product configuration management and production support (Business Aircraft)
- Industrialization and manufacturing deliverables during NPD phases
- Ramp‑up and entry‑into‑service support activities
- Process, methods and work instruction standardization
- Continuous improvement, Lean initiatives and transformation projects
- Daily interfaces with production, engineering, quality and supply chain
- Technical project management (cost, schedule, risks, governance)
- Interfaces with suppliers and industrial partners
Profile
- Technical education (DEC, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent) in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in Methods / Manufacturing Engineering / Industrialization
- Experience level varies by role (typically 3 to 10+ years)
- Comfortable working in complex, hands‑on industrial environments
- Aerospace experience strongly desired
- Non‑aerospace profiles will be considered if they have strong experience in manufacturing, production or industrial projects (e.g. automotive or defense)
- French / English bilingualism required or preferred depending on the mandate (intermediate English accepted)
- Knowledge of tools and environments (ERP, PLM, CATIA/NX, SAP/MES, Lean) is considered an asset depending on the role
Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
