Our confidential client in Victoria, BC, is seeking an exceptionally organized, discreet, and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to support a dynamic principal across advocacy initiatives, governance responsibilities, travel coordination, family operations, and personal logistics. In the role of Executive Personal Assistant, you will:
- Coordinate complex calendars, travel, itineraries, reservations, and logistics
- Support board and governance activities including meetings, materials, and follow-up
- Assist with advocacy initiatives, stakeholder coordination, and communications
- Manage personal operations including appointments, errands, gifting, hosting, and family coordination
- Research, organize, and proactively solve problems with minimal direction
- Act as a highly trusted right hand across both professional and personal priorities

What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in an executive assistant, personal assistant, or senior support role
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Excellent judgment, discretion, and professionalism
- Experience managing complex schedules and travel coordination
- A warm, polished, and highly service-oriented approach
- Strong technical proficiency and comfort with productivity and AI-enabled tools
- The ability to remain calm, adaptable, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting governance or board-related work is considered an asset.
