We are currently seeking experienced Journeymen Reinforcing Ironworkers to join our team for major infrastructure, commercial, and high-rise projects in Victoria and surrounding areas, British Columbia.

What You’ll Do
- Place, tie, and secure reinforcing steel (rebar) on commercial, residential and infrastructure projects in horizontal and vertical formworks.
- Identify the different sizes, lengths and bend types of rebar.
- Perform physical work like packing, tying and cutting rebar with specialty tools for the trade and placing rebar chairs appropriately.
- Read and interpret detail sheets and drawings.
- Work with apprentices.
- Work around various cranes and at heights with positioning equipment.

- Must be safety conscious and follow all LMS safety protocols.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in reinforcing steel installation (2 years minimum)
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Commitment to safe work practices
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Ability to work effectively as part of a construction crew
- Journeyman certificate, issued in Canada, or a Red Seal certificate as a reinforcing ironworker is considered an asset.

Location
Open to candidates across Canada willing to travel or relocate. Projects are based Victoria, with potential for work on high-profile infrastructure and commercial builds.
