Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong clerical and customer service skills, with experience in office management, data entry, and using various software tools. This role involves handling front desk responsibilities, managing multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional support to team members and clients. The position offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment where organizational skills and attention to detail are highly valued.

Duties

Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office
Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
Ability to manage multi-line phone systems efficiently
Strong proofreading and document management skills
Familiarity with front desk operations and administrative procedures
Computer skills including file management, email correspondence, and basic troubleshooting of office equipment
