Print Production Co-ordinator – Edmonton, AB

Job Information: Reporting to the production manager, the Print Production Coordinator will secure print production contracts on behalf of our clients through various streams: account executives, agencies, and direct clients and to manage the flow of the production once it is ordered

What you’ll do…

Leverage strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to liaise with AccountExecutives, media and creative agencies to secure production contracts
Quote and order advertising production material
Liaise with account executives and creative agencies with regards to production file preparationand specs
Create purchase orders and manage print orders sent to our vendors.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain excellent working relationships with clients,agencies, suppliers and internal staff

Who you are …

College Diploma in Advertising, Print Production program or equivalent
Time management skills
Extremely detailed and organized
Works well under pressure and in fast pace environment
Well versed in Microsoft office
Strong English communication skills
Takes constructive criticism and direction well
