SALARY: The hourly rate for this role is $48.23 per hour.

+$2.00 rate premium for a second applicable ticket

This is a unionized position with progressive yearly increases as per as per CBA: Year 2027 – $50.05 per hour, Year 2028 – $51.87 per hour, Year 2029 – $53.37 per hour.

V ACANCY TYPE: This posting reflects a vacant position .

SHIFT: Rotating shift, Monday - Friday, 8 hours per shift :

7:00am – 3:00pm

3:00pm – 11:00pm

11:00pm – 7:00am

Shift premiums afternoon shift $0.90 per hour and night shift $1.15 per hour.

Overtime Eligibility: This position is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable labour laws and pursuant with collective agreement. Overtime is paid at the legally required rate and may vary based on hours worked beyond the standard schedule .

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate ammonia, CO2, Boiler and Steam systems in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures

Effectively Operating HVAC Unit for proper ventilation

Performing preventive maintenance routine and repair completions

Maintenance documentation updates

Respect of plant policy (Safety, Environment, Hazard Analysis, c ritical control points , o ther duties as required

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent

A Valid 3 rd class Engineering certificate a minimum

3 years' experience in an industrial setting - manufacturing experience preferred

Knowledge and experience with Hydraulic or Pneumatic equipment

Good understanding of PLC troubleshooting and programming

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Comfortable with a face-paced environment

Self-starter with an ability to work with limited supervision

Excellent sense of urgency, work ethic and attendance record

High energy and initiative with strong interpersonal skills
