Every consultation is an opportunity to solve a real problem and help clients make confident decisions.

We’re looking for someone who operates with independence, decisiveness, and accountability. This role is best suited for someone who doesn’t need hand-holding, prefers clear expectations over constant communication, and takes pride in owning outcomes.

In this role, you’ll:

Visit clients in their homes (and welcome them in our showroom) to lead consultations and recommend the right products.
Ask the right questions, guide decisions confidently, and align solutions with each client’s style, budget, and lifestyle.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while earning commission.
Use CRM and digital tools to stay organized, track jobs, and proactively manage next steps.
Build long-term client relationships through consistency, reliability, and professional follow-through.

Have sales experience (3+ years preferred) or outside sales experience where you owned the full sales cycle and results.
Are comfortable making recommendations and handling objections.
Stay organized, manage your time well, and follow a defined process.
Appreciate feedback, adjust quickly, and don’t take direction personally.
Hold a valid Class 5 driver’s licence and clean driving record.
