Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. This role is crucial in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk activities.

Duties

Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming phone calls, utilizing effective phone etiquette to assist clients and direct calls appropriately.
Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the office.
Handle filing duties, ensuring that all documents are accurately filed and easily retrievable.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and maintaining office supplies.
Proofread documents to ensure accuracy before distribution or filing.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a positive first impression for visitors.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple calls simultaneously.
Experience with filing systems and office organization techniques.
Familiarity with dental office procedures is a plus but not required.
Excellent proofreading skills to ensure all communications are clear and error-free.
Ability to type efficiently while managing other front desk responsibilities.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage various tasks effectively.
