The Luxury Travel Agency is seeking an exceptional Luxury Travel Advisor to join our fast-growing team.
This is not a typical travel agency role.
We design highly customized, complex, luxury journeys for discerning travelers across the globe — from multi-country African safaris and milestone celebrations to private villas, yachts, private jet itineraries, luxury cruises, and once-in-a-lifetime family experiences.
Our clients expect expertise, responsiveness, discretion, creativity, and flawless execution.

What You’ll Be Doing
You will be responsible for designing and managing luxury travel experiences from initial consultation through post-travel follow-up.
This includes:
Luxury Trip Design & Sales
- Designing bespoke luxury itineraries tailored to each client’s travel style, pace, priorities, and budget
- Selling and servicing high-end travel experiences including:
- Luxury hotels & resorts
- Cruises & expedition travel
- Villas & private residences
- Safaris
- Multi-country journeys
- Celebration & milestone travel
- Honeymoons & family travel
- Providing thoughtful destination recommendations and strategic travel advice
- Managing multiple complex itineraries simultaneously
Client Relationship Management
- Building long-term relationships with affluent clientele
- Conducting detailed client consultations
- Maintaining excellent communication throughout the planning process
- Managing expectations proactively and solving problems quickly
- Delivering white-glove service before, during, and after travel
Operations & Travel Execution
- Coordinating flights, hotels, transfers, guides, cruises, insurance, and special requests
- Ensuring every detail is accurate and properly documented
- Managing complex logistics and last-minute changes
- Acting as a trusted resource when travel disruptions occur
Supplier & Industry Relationships
- Building relationships with luxury hotels, cruise lines, DMCs, and travel partners
- Leveraging preferred partnerships and advisor benefits to create added value for clients
- Staying informed on luxury travel trends, destinations, and product updates
What We’re Looking ForRequired
- Minimum 3+ years of travel agency experience
- Strong luxury travel knowledge and destination expertise
- Proven ability to sell and service complex itineraries
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Professional, polished, and highly organized
Strongly Preferred
- Experience with high-end/luxury clientele
- Experience selling safaris, cruises, luxury FIT travel, or multi-country itineraries
- Familiarity with Virtuoso and luxury preferred partner programs
- Experience using CRM systems and GDS platforms
- Existing supplier relationships
- Strong sales instincts and ability to build repeat/referral business
