About the Role
Ramsay’s Concession is hiring Food Truck Attendants/Cashiers for the upcoming powwow season.
This role is primarily focused on front-of-house customer service and order handling, similar to a cashier or counter attendant position in a fast-paced quick-service restaurant environment.
Food Truck Attendants are responsible for creating a positive customer experience while keeping service organized and efficient during busy event periods.
Although this is primarily a front-of-house position, team members may occasionally assist with food prep or support back-of-house operations when needed.
Schedule & Travel
This is a travel-based seasonal position running from June through September.
Depending on event schedules:
- Departure from Saskatoon will occur on Thursday or Friday
- Return to Saskatoon will occur on Monday morning
Transportation to and from events is fully provided.

- Shared hotel accommodations provided
- Private rooms provided when available

Responsibilities
- Take customer orders and process payments
- Maintain fast and friendly customer service
- Assist with food running and packaging orders
- Keep service areas clean and organized
- Assist with setup and breakdown
- Support kitchen staff during busy periods when required
RequirementsExperience
Minimum 1 year experience in:
- Front-of-house restaurant service
- Serving or bartending in a full-service restaurant
- Cashier or counter service in a quick-service restaurant
Certifications
- Food Safe / Food Handler certification required
- Candidates without certification must be willing to obtain certification before starting
Additional Requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with travel and event-based work
- Valid driver’s license considered an asset
- Additional compensation opportunities may be available for team members assisting with driving responsibilities

Known by many as “the big blue bus,” the business has become one of the most recognized concession operations within Saskatchewan First Nations communities.

Pay: $500.00-$700.00 per week
