Location: Niagara Region, ON

Job Type: Part-Time / Casual (Flexible Hours)

Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner + Stocking Associate to help maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready environment. This position combines cleaning, inventory management, and light property maintenance duties. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, works independently, and has a strong eye for detail.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces
Clean kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and common spaces to a high standard
Restock supplies and organize storage areas to ensure items are easily accessible
Monitor inventory levels and report when supplies require replenishment
Complete inventory counts and report missing, damaged, or low-stock items
Take before-and-after photos when required
Ensure all areas remain safe, clean, and guest-ready
Assist with light property maintenance and basic troubleshooting when needed
Follow company cleaning procedures and health & safety guidelines

Qualifications

Previous experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, Airbnb, or hotel cleaning preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable transportation is considered an asset
Basic maintenance or handyman skills are an advantage
Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
