Ledcor is looking for Apprentice and Journeyperson Pipefitters to join our team supporting major shutdowns and turnarounds across Alberta’s industrial facilities.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Execute shutdown and turnaround piping scopes, including maintenance, repairs, replacements, and system tie-ins
- Perform line breaks, flange management, bolt-up, and valve work in accordance with outage schedules
- Interpret isometrics, P&IDs, and work packages to complete assigned tasks safely and accurately
- Support critical path activities, adapting to changing priorities in a time-sensitive environment
- Work within strict permit, isolation, and LOTO procedures to ensure safe execution
- Maintain high productivity and quality during extended shifts and compressed timelines
- Participate in FLHAs, toolbox talks, and safety programs while contributing to a strong safety culture
- Collaborate effectively within a large, multi-trade shutdown workforce
Qualifications:
- Registered Apprentice or Journeyperson Pipefitter certification
- Proven experience in shutdowns, turnarounds, or outage maintenance in oil & gas or heavy industrial environments
- Strong ability to read and interpret isometric drawings and P&IDs
- Experience working on time-sensitive, schedule-driven projects with shifting priorities
- Ability to work 10–12+ hour shifts, overtime, and consecutive days during shutdowns
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and procedural compliance
