At 540 Kitchen & Bar, we take comfort food to the next level. Our menu blends familiar favorites with modern techniques, fresh local ingredients, and bold flavours, creating an elevated dining experience that keeps guests coming back. We are currently looking for a motivated and reliable Line Cook to join our kitchen team in Fredericton. 540 is known for combining comfort food with a fine-dining influence while sourcing many ingredients locally whenever possible.

What You'll Do

Prepare and execute menu items to 540 standards
Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation during service
Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Assist with prep, inventory, and station organization
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
Collaborate with chefs and fellow team members to deliver an outstanding guest experience

What We're Looking For

Previous line cook experience preferred
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
Passion for food and continuous learning
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Food Safety Certification is an asset
