SUMMARY
We are hiring an ERP & Data Governance Administrator to join our Information Technology team. This role will be a full-time, permanent position working out of either our head office in Oakville, Ontario, or our production facility in Ottawa, Ontario. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to ferocious customer service, treating people right, and being a part of a team. Our team is the heart of everything!
The ERP & Data Governance Administrator will be dedicated to protecting corporate data integrity while actively maintaining our system infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. The ERP & Data Governance Administrator will report directly to the VP, IT and Digital Transformation and will be responsible for implementing data governance standards, managing ERP system administration, and overseeing corporate document security.

AS AN ERP & DATA GOVERNANCE ADMINISTRATOR, YOU WILL MAKE YOUR IMPACT BY:
Managing user provisioning, role-based access controls (RBAC), and permissions within the ERP environment.
Providing first and second level troubleshooting support for end-user ERP inquiries and workflow errors.
Overseeing the integrity, synchronization, and quality of critical master data records (leads, customers, partners, vendors) across ERP, CRM, and third-party tools.
Running routine health checks to catch duplicates or formatting errors, and executing bulk data updates and deduplication tasks regularly.
Administrating the corporate Google Drive environment, designing standardized folder structures, enforcing file-naming conventions, and conducting regular access security audits.
Creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training employees on Google Drive best practices and system utilization.
Living our core values and contributing with feedback, suggestions and ideas to make the company successful.
Participating in learning and development initiatives proposed by DRMG’s internal learning platform, DRMG University.
Assisting with other tasks as assigned by the VP, IT and Digital Transformation.
YOU CAN EXCEL AS AN ERP & DATA GOVERNANCE ADMINISTRATOR IF YOU HAVE:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
2 to 5 years of experience in IT support, ERP, data governance or CRM system administration and data management/processing.
Strong understanding of relational databases, introductory SQL, and role-based access controls (RBAC).
High-level competency in NetSuite to manage complex data sets and streamline reporting.
Experience utilizing generative AI tools (such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and AI/LLM data processing tools to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Demonstrated experience streamlining internal data workflows, ensuring data integrity, and enhancing team-wide communication.
Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace & Drive administration, Google Productivity Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms).
A strong willingness to obtain and maintain NetSuite Administrator certification.
The ability to speak, write, and read in French is considered an asset.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to adapt to changing business needs and requirements, and proactively seek opportunities for improvement.
Attention to detail, highly organized, and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU
Compensation: The expected salary range for this position is $58,000 - $85,000 per year.
