About the role:
Project Director – Côté Gold Expansion
We are looking for a Project Director – Côté Gold Expansion to join our team, reporting to the Senior Director, Major Projects. In this role, you will lead the successful delivery of a major processing plant expansion, working closely with site teams, contractors, consultants, and business leaders to achieve safe, efficient, and value-driven project outcomes.
Your leadership will directly influence operational readiness, project performance, and long-term growth at Côté Gold. Through strong governance, collaboration, and a commitment to Zero Harm, you will help shape one of Canada’s most innovative mining operations while creating lasting value for our people, partners, and communities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the successful execution of a major capital expansion project from planning through commissioning and transition to operations

Strengthen project performance by effectively managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and contractual commitments

Foster alignment and collaboration across engineering, procurement, construction, operations, contractors, and business partners

Build trusted relationships with Indigenous communities, regulatory authorities, strategic partners, and internal stakeholders

Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence while supporting project readiness and long-term success

Guide and develop high-performing teams by creating clarity, engagement, and shared ownership of project goals
