Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions across various departments. This role requires strong computer skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Handle filing, document proofreading, and organization of office files to ensure easy retrieval and compliance
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in person
Assist with bookkeeping tasks and basic accounting using QuickBooks or similar software
Support medical or dental office functions if applicable, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records
Coordinate administrative tasks such as mailing, ordering supplies, and maintaining office equipment
Support team members with clerical tasks such as typing reports, proofreading documents, and managing calendars

Requirements

Proven experience in an office environment with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred
Excellent customer service skills and professional phone etiquette for handling front desk duties and multi-line phone systems
Strong typing speed with attention to detail for proofreading and document accuracy
Previous clerical or administrative experience in medical or dental offices is a plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Good computer skills with familiarity in office equipment and software applications
Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain filing systems and support team operations

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
