This role is responsible for responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, sourcing products, and building strong customer relationships. Experience in industrial supply, oilfield services, mining, fabrication, project supply, or steel products is an asset, but we are willing to train the right individual with a strong work ethic and desire to build a long-term career.

Schedule
This is a full-time position with hours primarily scheduled Monday through Friday. Some Saturday work and participation in an on-call rotation is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and walk-in traffic
- Prepare accurate quotations and follow up on sales opportunities
- Process sales and purchase orders accurately and efficiently
- Source product pricing and availability from suppliers
- Coordinate with operations and vendors to ensure customer requirements and delivery deadlines are met
- Build and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships
- Resolve customer concerns and assist with product returns, quality issues, and order adjustments
- Assist with inventory management, receiving, shipping, and customer deliveries as required
- Monitor market trends and maintain current product knowledge
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driver's abstract
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 4 Years Oil and Gas Experience
Preferred
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–2 years of sales experience
- Experience with carbon steel pipe, flanges, valves, and fittings
- Experience in oilfield, industrial, mining, fabrication, project supply, or related industries
Working Conditions
- Office, warehouse, and customer-facing environment
- Frequent use of computers, phones, and office equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Occasional local deliveries may be required
Pre-Employment Requirements
Successful candidates will be required to complete:
- Urine Drug Test (including cannabis)
