Position Summary
Potential Neurodiversity Centre is seeking a passionate and experienced BCBA/RBA Clinical Supervisor to join our team as an Independent Contractor. This flexible remote/hybrid role offers the opportunity to provide clinical leadership, supervise ABA programming, support families, and contribute to the growth of a new and innovative organization serving the Niagara Region.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioural assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Design, monitor, and revise ABA programs based on client needs and progress.
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Behaviour Therapists.
- Deliver parent coaching and caregiver training.
- Complete clinical documentation, reports, and treatment recommendations.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and community partners as appropriate.
- Ensure services are delivered in accordance with professional and ethical standards.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development.
Qualifications
Required
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) in Ontario or eligible for registration.
- Experience providing ABA services to autistic children and youth.
- Experience conducting behavioural assessments and developing behaviour intervention plans.
- Experience supervising Behaviour Therapists and supporting caregivers.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.
Preferred
- Currently listed on the Ontario Autism Program (OAP) Provider List or willing to apply.
- Experience working with individuals with dual diagnoses.
- Experience supporting children and youth up to 17 years of age.
- Experience collaborating with other professionals, including Speech-Language Pathologists and Occupational Therapists.
