As a valued member of our culinary team you will assist with plating and serving of meals. and will be responsible for cleaning serving areas, as well as equipment. This position is for our Haliburton Home, located in Haliburton, Ontario.
Available opportunities include Casual; Day/Evening/ shifts (7 days a week)
Shifts are 8am to 4pm
Days 6am to 2pm
Evenings 1130am to 730pm
Assists Cooks to clean and prepare such uncooked food as salads, vegetables, and fruits. Follow basic instructions in preparing such simple foods as breakfast items, basic desserts, and garnishes.
Clears plates and trays, loads, and operates dishwasher. Cleans pots, pans, and cooking utensils as per procedure.
Adheres to established departmental policies, procedures regarding quality assurance, fire, safety, environment, and infection control.
