- - Wages starting at $ 17.00 per hour for non-driving roles
- - Wages starting at $ 19.00 per hour for drivers operating company vehicles
- - Wages starting at $ 21.00 per hour for leadership roles (w/ clean diver’s abstract)

Job Responsibilities:
- Set-up (or assist set-up of) traffic signs, cones, drums, and barricades around job sites
- Direct vehicles, pedestrians, and cyclists safely through work zones
- Communicate with fellow team members to manage traffic flow
- Identify and report safety hazards or incidents to Supervisors / Managers
- Follow instructions from Supervisors / Managers
- Adhere strictly to all company and industry safety protocols
- Perform other duties as assigned on-site

Qualifications:
- Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Strong communication skills, and ability to follow instructions
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work near traffic and heavy equipment
- Valid TCP Certification is an asset (training available if needed)
- Class 5 driver’s license with clean abstract is required for TWS role
- CSA approved steel-toed boots required
- Traffic Control: 1 year (is preferred)
