This is a part-time Medical Secretary (II) role to support the day-to-day operations of a busy Urology clinic and supporting a Urology Surgeon. The
Medical Secretary (II) will work two days per week with the potential for additional shifts in the future, including vacation coverage. The position
involves greeting and checking in patients, managing check-out processes, and scheduling follow-up appointments. The successful candidate will
help maintain an organized clinic environment and assist with closing procedures at the end of the day when required. Additional responsibilities
include answering phones as needed and completing administrative tasks during non-clinic time, such as coordinating diagnostic appointments and
follow-ups with patients and entering cystoscopy cases into Dovetale.
