Position: Part-Time Licensed Real Estate Administrator
Location: Hamilton, ON (In-person and local travel required)
Hours: 10–20 hours/week to start; *Evenings and weekends a must*

Role Overview
We’re seeking a fully licensed, highly organized, and adaptable assistant to support our team during our busiest season. This is a client-facing role with the opportunity to grow. You’ll assist with hosting open houses, showings, attending home inspections, vendor bookings, and administrative overflow—ensuring our agents stay focused on closing deals and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Host evening and weekend showings and open houses
Call and follow up with new leads to qualify and book appointments
Assist with booking vendors for new listings (stagers, cleaners, photographers, etc.)
Manage and support overflow administrative tasks (listing input, document collection, offer paperwork, etc.)
Maintain clear, timely communication with clients and team members
Ensure all client interactions reflect the brand’s high standard of professionalism and service

Requirements

Active Real Estate License in Ontario in good standing with RECO required
Proven ability to handle client-facing situations with professionalism
Availability to work weekends and evenings as needed
Strong organizational skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Familiarity with platforms like Follow Up Boss, BrokerBay, MLS/MATRIX, DocuSign, etc. is preferred.
A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

Assets

Experience in a similar administrative or coordinator role in real estate
Sales or lead nurturing experience
Graphic design or social media management skills
