Job Title: Office Assistant (OA)

Position: Customer Service

ABOUT THE COMPANY AND EXPECTATIONS:

Hawkesbury Therapy is a physiotherapy clinic based in Hawkesbury, Ontario. Our mission is to provide our clients with professional service and quality health care that will produce long lasting results and restore function in their daily lives.

JOB PURPOSE

As a member of our customer service team, the office assistant is responsible for greeting patients at the reception desk, answering incoming calls in a timely and courteous manner, and assisting with office related tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Below is a list of some key responsibilities of an office assistant. The responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Provide excellent customer service to patients of Hawkesbury Therapy.
Schedule appointments with patients and complete payments.
Complete patient profiles.
Offer information about the services at Hawkesbury Therapy.
Make photocopies, complete scans, or fax documents.
Complete online billing for patients.
Generate e-mails, memos, and reports when appropriate.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Office administration experience and/or diploma
Bilingual (English and French)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner with a high level of respect and professionalism.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment with a high level of multitasking skills.
Superior organizational skills and dedication to completing tasks in a timely manner.

WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The hours will vary between 9:00am-8:00pm depending on the demand.
This is an office-based job in Hawkesbury, Ontario.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
