Full job description

The Sales & Administrative Assistant supports Wolfe Honey Ltd.'s Sales & Marketing team while providing essential administrative support for the office. This role serves as an important point of contact for customers, brokers and visitors and helps ensure strong customer service, accurate sales administration and efficient day-to-day office operations.

The position supports existing customer accounts, participates in sales activities, monitors inventory levels, coordinates customer requests and assists the Sales & Marketing Directors with sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, professional and comfortable communicating with customers, brokers and internal team members.

This is a full time, permanent position, hours are 8-4:30 Monday to Thursday-32 hours per week
