The Position
We are currently looking for 3rd and 4th Year Apprentice Electricians and Journeypersons to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for electricians who are looking for steady, year-round work, diverse commercial experience, and opportunities to grow within the company.
Depending on your experience and apprenticeship level, you will work alongside our Foremen, Journeypersons, and other apprentices on a variety of commercial electrical installations.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Install conduit, cable tray, wiring, lighting, devices, panels, and other electrical components
- Perform electrical rough-in, finishing, and troubleshooting
- Use hand tools, power tools, and electrical equipment safely and effectively
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a crew
- Follow company and site-specific safety requirements
- Complete required safety documentation and participate in toolbox meetings
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Support and work alongside other members of the electrical team to keep projects moving safely and efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Registered 3rd or 4th Year Electrical Apprentice OR certified Journeyperson
- Commercial electrical experience preferred
- Strong understanding of electrical installation methods and practices
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and blueprints
- Comfortable using common electrical hand and power tools
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a crew
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Safety-focused and willing to follow company and site requirements
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and continue developing within the trade
